Important points for attention

• Container must be at the place of unloading at the agreed time.
• If the Customs officer that released your container doesn’t have transportation our coordinator will inform you.
• Do not forget to attach your release documents as attachment (RED)
• In case of GREEN and RED submit all release documents to the officer at the gate. Do not forget an extra copy for the Customs officer that will release your container.
• The officer at the gate of the container terminal will keep the release forms for the registration of containers and will avoid delays as much as possible at the gate.
